The residential garage door bottom bracket is installed at the bottom of the garage door on which the lift cables are hooked to where a single roller is installed.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE OR REPAIR THIS YOURSELF. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. COULD CAUSE SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH!
